SHIPPING POLICY, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND LOCAL TAXES
We ship internationally from Bahrain.
For delivery in America, Asia, Middle-East and Africa, we use FEDEX. Shipping should take 4 to 5 business days after receiving the confirmation of the dispatching of the order. The shipping cost depends on the destination: USA 14$, Middle-East 14$, Asia and Africa 19$.
For delivery in Europe and Australia, you have the choice between:Option 1 - Express Mail Service Average delivery delay is 2-3 weeks after receiving the confirmation of the dispatching of the order. But exceptionnally, delays can occur in transit, so it's possible to take up to 5 week. The shipping cost is 14$. Option 2 - Fedex (not available for all countries)Shipping should take 4 to 5 business days after receiving the confirmation of the dispatching of the order. The shipping cost is 19$.
Customs duties, local taxes, or import duties may be due. The tariffs and taxes related to the delivery of an item are not billed by, nor part of our responsibility, but are dependent on and borne by you. Check the rules and regulations of your country for importing goods, so that you can take account of any customs charges you will be required to pay.
Each order will be wrapped in a Tiny-Om Box and securely sent in a gift wooden box. Please let us know if you would like for us to incorporate a hand-written card with your words to the recipient of the parcel.
Customers happiness is our priority, so Tiny-Om accepts returns for refund within 2 weeks of receipt.
The return shipping costs will be at your charge.
All returns must be undamaged and in like new condition.
Before sending any return please contact us at email@example.com, as returns will not be processed without prior approval.
Due to their personalized nature, custom orders can not be returned or refunded.
If you have any problem with your jewellery within a year of purchase, don’t hesitate to contact us by email. We will have it repaired and returned to you. Return shipping and new postal fees to resend the piece will be paid by the customer.
GOODS, PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
We draw the customer’s attention to the fact that the photographs showing our products may turn out to be slightly different from reality due to the client’s screen settings and the lighting when the photos were taken.
Our jewellery is made by hand at Al Zain Jewellery workshops in Bahrain. We try to have in stock all the pieces displayed on the web-site. However, it can happen that the pieces the customer wishes to purchase is out of stock even if it is metionned as available on the website. In such a case, the delivery times may vary from 3 to 5 weeks.
We will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.
